Spent three nights here, hoping it would be as nice as the reviews I had read. Unfortunately, I found the experience to be less than average.
The hotel is situated in a GREAT location, close to high-end shopping, and good choices of eateries, from drive-thrus to nice sit-down restaurants, all within easy walking distance.
Unfortunately, that's about as good as it gets. Our room, on the third floor, had creaking floorboards ... I actually felt sorry for whoever was below us. The room was small, meaning that I had to carefully negotiate my route when getting in/out of bed, between the wall and sofa.
The sofa was somewhat strange because two of the cushions didn't even match the color and fabric; they were obviously meant for some other piece of furniture. The bed itself was comfortable, but what was extremely irritating was that the bottom "fitted" sheet was too big which meant every time you turned over, the sheet came untucked and balled up, making for a rather unpleasant sleeping experience. Making the matter even worse, the mattress pad consisted of a flat piece of material that was smaller than the size of the mattress, which meant I was laying, at times directly on the mattress.
I was not very impressed. Next time, I'll stay at the Courtyard in Roseville.... much nicer !
