I just recently started coming to this restaurant on a regular basis because of one thing...the filet mignon pho. Thinly cut rare filet mignon that you cook on a fondue heating cup with warm beef broth, then either mix in with the noodles, or dip in the included Sirachi and hot sauce, yum!
The service is also good. The woman/waitress who appears to own the place is like a Vietnamese mother who makes sure his son eats good. She's a tech savvy doll, who takes orders on her portable touch screen device.
Usually, when I think of a Vietnamese pho restaurant you think of a "not so clean" place with a big Buddha with glowing red lights in the front of the restaurant, funky smells, and sticky tables; but this place is clean, modern, and has really high ceilings which makes the place comfortably big. There is also a big screen TV showing some sort of sports which I'm not too crazy about.
Overall, I'm gonna keep coming back. The food is great!
