We went to Fleming's the night before New Years Eve 2014. It was busy and even with a reservation we waited about 30 minutes. The filets were amazing as always and the service was excellent. The last time we were there was about a year ago and the food and service has always been great. The only change I noticed was it has become much more expensive than it was back then. We used a 25 dollar gift certificate and didn't order wines, cocktails or deserts. 2 filets, we shared a side and the bill still came to over 100 dollars with a tip. I love Fleming's but probably will not return unless they have specials which they sometimes do.

This is a great place in Fresno for a QUALITY dinner. The appetizers were superbly prepared. This is a steak place and the steak was superb. The meat was cooked precisely as ordered and the side dishes were perfectly done. The wine choices were very good. We had a dessert tray that was outstanding.

We have eaten here before and have never been disappointed. We will return here again and recommend it to our friends in Fresno.

The stakes and seafood was very good, but the price was more expensive for what we got then we get some other places.

This was my third time at this restaurant. We went this time for our anniversary dinner. The lounge/area was very busy but the service was very good there. We moved on to dinner..which was just ok...nothing special..I had the lamb chops which were cut thin and rather tough..even though I ordered med rare. My husband ordered ahi tuna..which he loved. We
were going to order dessert
With some nice port..but an unfortunate lady at the next table choked..turned blue and passed out..ambulance crews worked on her..while we cleared away from our tables to allow them passage..I hope she made it. After that emergency I felt quest and we went home..it would have been nice to have
our dinner comped or at least given a sizable gift card for a redo..but we did get a anniversary gift (chocolates n $25 gift card)from the restaurant..which was nice. We went to Ruth Chris steakhouse a few days later to erase that unfortunate memory and make a new one..which was both delicious(veal chop..outstanding Caesar salad..awesome dessert) and peaceful!

We are long-time fans of Fleming’s, but when we went this past week’s Happy Hour, we were very disappointed in the food. Very disappointed.

My husband and I each ordered the Prime Burger and split the Burrata.

The burgers themselves were fine, but the fries--instead of onion rings--were horrible. They were almost black, not yellow; they were not light and crispy but sodden and...well, flaccid.

The burrata was just a mess. Instead of the lovely grape tomatoes in a fantastic marinade, with greens, crostini, and cheese, we received chunks of tomato, a few greens thrown on top, NO crostini, and a literal dap of cheese. We immediately asked what this dish was. We were told this was the “new” burrata. We figured there was no purpose in asking further.

Service was just fine, in fact, service in the bar area was fantastic. But the food.... We are wondering if Fleming’s has lost its allure.
