We just got back from our Disneyland holiday and stayed at this hotel. We arrived early on December 24 and got into our rooms right away. Santa came to visit on December 25 and Mrs Claus visited on December 26. Staff was friendly and Helpful. Balloons were handed out to the kids. The kids enjoyed cartoons at breakfast while eating waffles they made on there own. Breakfast was really good and there was something new everyday. It was a great start to our days. Room was comfterable with a full kitchen. Needs a little updating as there is some wear and tear. The shuttle service was inexpencive and always great service with friendly helpful drivers. Enjoyed our holiday and look forward to visiting again and will stay at this hotel.

I’m glad to hear that you family got to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. My staff and I had a great time handing out candy canes and watching all those kids eyes light up with excitement. We want to earn your business and have you stay every time you visit the area. Thank you for being our guest! Hope to see you soon.

If we were to go to DL again, I would use this hotel again. Its about 1 mi from DL and too far to walk, but read review for why in our situation it made sense.

Pros- Very nice, clean room with full kitchen which was a big deal for us because my daughter has food allergies. We were able to make dinners and lunches in, which also helps on cost. For those of us who could have breakfasts-they were very good and a lot of variety and choices-much better than the standard continental or yuck egg BFs most inns serve. Price was competitive and is really cheap if you make dinners in. Pool was warmest pool I've ever been in at a hotel minus Hawaii. Spa was nice, too. Staff was friendly and helpful. ART takes you to Disneyland from front of hotel. Only a couple of quick stops- 1st on drop-off when coming back. Very few hotels offer complimentary shuttle service to DL. I was allowed to use ice maker at BF area (for soda)which is on the main floor adjacent to the lobby. Decently stocked kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge, microwave, wine opener, pots, pans, knives, etc. They had a room ready for us early and accommodated an early check in-I know they can't always do this, but they were able to and we appreciated that.

Cons-- Small issues with upkeep as these rooms see a lot of travelers. I wanted to get my A tickets on Southwest, but they charge to use the computers and it's like a $1 a page to print. I heard that some people have issues with it working. I realize the price of the room considering the kitchen option was excellent, but I hate being nickel and dimed. I received an answer from nighttime front desk which I discussed with the manager at the end of the trip and he agreed that my request was simple and not unreasonable and should have been accommodated--I was politely told "no" at the time. I am not bringing up the details, as he made an effort to rectify the issue and discussed it with his staff. Our room had a couple of items missing from the kitchen (some things like we had 3 coffee cups-not 4) We managed and did not bother the front desk as we had enough to make due and I was here to go to DL not manage their inventory. Beds were softer/cheaper with some minor valleys--I would say the beds were average for hotels in this price range. Shower and toilet separate from sink so someone can brush teeth while another is bathing. Lots of kids and BF is busy like DL in later part of morning.

I definitely agree with you we are great for families. We are happy that you found our newly renovated rooms comfortable and clean. There is a small fee to use our business center however printing boarding passes is complementary. We are grateful that you indicated you will return again in the future.

We stayed at this property August 25 and went to California Adventure the next day. Check in was quick and easy. We had a higher up room any from the elevators. It was nice and quiet. Our favorite part was that the kids had their own room with bunk beds, their own TV and their own bathroom! It wasn't a big kids rooms, but it worked just fine for them. And the kids room was on the opposite side of the hotel room - so far enough a way to not disturb them. Our room had a good sized bed, comfortable, and our own TV as well. We loved the full kitchen and good sized fridge. In the morning the free breakfast was great! Homemade waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit - everything you could want. Staff person was great in recommending places to eat for dinner. We didn't use the shuttle because it wasn't free - it was just easier to drive and pay the Disneyland parking. We would definitely come stay here again!

Room Tip: Higher floors, away from elevators, not facing Harbor Blvd.

I definitely agree with you we are great for families. Our spacious two bed room two bathroom suite is the best value in Anaheim. The additional space enhances your trip by giving you room to relax after a long day. Our daily breakfast buffet is an added value especially when you are traveling with a family. Thank you for being our guest! Hope to see you soon.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property as we went to Disneyworld and California Adventure for a couple of days prior to the Christmas Holiday. Check-in was quick and easy and the front desk team member was very pleasant. The hotel was well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. What stood out to us was that every staff member we encountered (housekeeper, maintenance, breakfast hostess, front desk, management) went out of their way to greet us, hold elevator doors open for us, and make our stay pleasant. One morning I made a compliment to one of the breakfast hostesses who was diligently working to keep breakfast items stocked and fresh telling her that she was doing a good job. She said with a smile, "Thank you. I love my job". During breakfast and during the evening managers reception, there seemed to always be a member of hotel management present who greeted guests. Food was very good and plentiful exceeding our expectations. The outdoor area (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, basketball area, grills, seating) and the exercise room was clean and laid out nice within the property. Getting to Disney was easy - straight up Harbor Blvd. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel close to Disneyland.

Room Tip: Higher floors facing Disneyland will allow you to see the fireworks at night and have a good view of...

We stayed here in November for a Disneyland Trip for two nights. We stayed in a two bedroom suite as there was six of us. It was reasonably well appointed and clean. One of the rooms had bunk beds which the kids loved. Check in was easy and quick. The drive to Disneyland was only a few minutes away. We would definitely stay here gain.

Stayed here the other night as a Category 5 Reward stay and was pleasantly surprised. Property is definitely newer in an area with a Hyatt, Homewood Suites, Marriott Suites, Hampton Inn, Embassy Suites & Hilton Garden Inn.

Parking is $10/day/car.

Service by the check-in agent was friendly. My request for a room on a higher floor, away from the elevator was honored.

The suite was quiet with a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Mattress was comfortable and the toilet was a little off as it seemed to have been leaking?!?

The suite has been remodeled with a stainless steel fridge and flat screen tv.

Breakfast was decent and had a vast selection including real eggs, hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, along with the regular complimentary items!

Wifi & full Breakfast are both free.

A great hotel. We had a two bedroom suite, with a King bed in one room, with its own bathroom, and two Queen beds in the other room, with its own bathroom, and a full kitchen with a nice TV/couch area in between the two. Although there were lots of kids in the hotel at the time, our room was always quiet.
We were able to cook breakfast in our own room, although there was a breakfast provided, it was quite crowded and chaotic. I have many food allergies, so this was not something I was interested in anyway. Some family members did go down to grab fresh fruit to carry with us for the day.
We were about a 2km (1.6 mile) walk from the gates to the Disney park. We walked there everyday without difficulty. On the third evening, we took a cab back to the hotel for less than $10. We definitely plan to stay here again when we plan our next trip to Disneyland. The staff were very kind and helpful also. Marriott beds are the best hotel beds. So comfortable, and I love that it is Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms! Quality.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. It's always nice to have a little extra room to unwind after a long day at Disneyland and we're glad that you and your family had the same experience in the two bedroom suite. Having a full kitchen with stove top, oven, and full-size refrigerator is an added value especially for those with special dietary needs. Can’t wait to have your family come back! Hope to see you soon.
