We love the hole-in-the-wall places in Little Saigon, but Brodard Chateau is a step up. Of course, the price will reflect that. But even so most entrees are in the $10 range.
The parking is plentiful. The restaurant has lots of dark wood. The bar is top notch. The service has always been very friendly. The menu goes on and on.
The papaya salad is a fresh, tasty starter. The pork spring rolls are a house specialty. The chicken lettuce wrap is out of this world. The fried rice is perfect. We have never had a dish we did not like. It's the kind of place you want to relax in, stretch out the meal and have another glass of wine.
You will find a lot of locals here - it seems popular among the younger set.
