“Very nice place in the wine country!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 October 2013

Very nice Inn just outside of town. Clean inside and outside. The pool was not heated , but we did enjoy the nice Hot Tub. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and well appointed. The WIFI worked very well! The beds were comfy and we slept very well. . Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a great breakfast next door! Short walk into town for dinner. We would stay here again for sure!

Room Tip: We had a nice balcony room in the back overlooking the winery!

I just stayed here for two nights in early October and was pleased with this hotel. We stayed here because I found a deal on TravelZoo, so I found it affordable. If not for the deal, this would have been a little pricey.

The room was clean, is walking distance (.5 miles ish) to the center of town, was a cute little inn, and had a great view.

Spent three nights at the Geyserville Inn in October, while attending a friend's wedding. The experience doesn't justify the fairly stiff room rates. The Inn is hardly an Inn as one might imagine up in Wine Country. There is nothing quaint about it. This is a serviceable motel, with clean rooms and essentials all covered, but don't kid yourself that this is a romantic getaway place, or anything but a functional and clean motel. The people are pleasant, so no complaints other than the price isn't right for what you get. The pool is a tiny courtyard pool. Room views are nonexistent on the bottom floor. We had a corner room with a lovely half window view of the parking lot on both sides. The Inn is located as close to the 101 freeway as it is to the vineyards. Everything worked OK in the room, but again, for $200 a night, I want a bit more. No room service, thin doors, plastic window shutters, small TV, you get the picture. The restaurant next door, which is associated with the Inn is great for breakfast, but has strange hours of closing for the day at 2pm. Since one doesn't spend a ton of time in the hotel while touring wineries, etc, it may not be a problem for you. But do your homework in advance so you know the deal.

Room Tip: Steer clear of the bottom floor, corner rooms. Right by a door, and with thin doors heard anyone le...

My wife and I stayed two nights at Geyserville Inn in early October. We booked the reservation on Travel Zoo and had no trouble checking in. The inn is on the edge of the little town, and has a great view out back of vineyards. we had a back room and a great view from our little patio. The voucher I purchased included a $15.00 credit for breakfast next door each morning. The breakfasts were delicious both mornings. Geyserville is a nice little village in the heart of the Russian River valley. The winery's are all around the village, and the drive out any direction provides many beautiful uncrowded views. The inn and the village are the perfect get away for wine country. It's much less commercial and crowded than Sonoma, Napa, or the others cities to the south.

After driving up the Napa Valley, this was a great place to stay for the evening. Located just outside of a cute little town. It's a lovely, clean, comfortable Inn. No resturant on site but not far from town. No elevator so if you have difficulty with stairs make sure you stay on the 1st floor.

Loved the stay. A break from Americas Cup in San Francisco, looking for a nice but not expensive inn near wineries. Staff very helpful, gracious. Loved the rooms, looked out over vine country. Good place next door for breakfast. Helpful in suggesting wineries. Lovely room with balcony, well furnished, cleaned.

Room Tip: back second floor rooms overlooking growing grapes with balcony. Corner rooms there also good, but...

Clean, well situated hotel if you don't want to pay top dollar for the wine country experience. Try it, you might like it.
Walk to town. Two great restaurants in town and the best tasting room in Sonoma County, Locals Tasting Room. Don't miss it. Ask fora room with a vineyard or pool view. There is a new patio and great breakfasts. They also do weddings and events sit can get a bit noisy at times but never very late at night.
