“Plumas Pines and Longboards”
Reviewed 5 October 2012

Situated against the Plumas National Forest and the Middle Fork of the Feather River (also near Graeagle Meadows), Plumas Pines captured a position on Golf Magazine’s “Best Places to Play” list in 1998-1999. The walk to the driving range gives a hint of what’s in store with a handsome view of the first four holes of this Homer Flint course, designed in 1980.

Compared to other courses in the area (Graeagle Meadows, Nakoma Golf Resort, Whitehawk Ranch, for example), Plumas Pines is lined with the most houses. But it also has one of the best restaurants in Longboard's an integrated and popular feature of the course facility.

“Beautiful Golf Course”
Reviewed 2 February 2012

Really pretty course, not too difficult but plenty of places to get in trouble. Try t his course in the Fall at the end of the season - foliage is gorgeous and if you play in the afternoon, you may have the course to yourselves.
