We have stayed at this Best Western many times over the years. It has always been clean and we have never had any problems. Whenever we are in Grass Valley this is where we stay. It's a nice location central to everything we are here to do.

Best Western Hotels are normally our most favorite traveling hotels but this one will not get that rating. Room was not clean especially carpet, TV did not work properly and picture was very snowy. Not a 3 or 4 star more on the line of a high 2 star. On a positive note the staff was very good and the breakfast menu was good. Priced at 134.99 a night very poor value for dollar. We stayed 6 nights and it cost us 950.00 won't happen again in Grass Valley.

This motel in the Sierra Nevada Gold Country has been declining in the past couple of years. My last stay was dismal: noisy outdoor druggy partying, smokers casting cigarette butts everywhere, noisy A/C, bad cable TV reception, unreliable WiFi, poor bath drainage. Good breakfast, however. We won't be staying here in future.

The staff here both at check in and check out were very helpful and knew the area well, good advise on where to dine and sights to see. The room was fantastic ! While I stayed here for business, I will be staying for pleasure and referring friends and family when they are in the area ! Thank you very much to the Staff.

Stayed at the Best Western Gold Country Inn for three nights while attending California Worldfest 2014 and would definitely stay there again. It's quiet, there's lots of parking, the beds are comfortable,four great pillows provided for each bed. The air conditioning is quieter than most hotels or motels where I have stayed. The hotel offers a full breakfast with the usual selection of cereals, toast, breakfast pastries, plus waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. Room and bathroom very clean. Our room also had a coffeemaker, fridge and microwave, along with a large flat-screen TV. There is a pool, tho we didn't use it.
