WOW, an unexpected gourmet treasure. Tried Trinks for their Mon.-Wed.-Friday dinner. They are known for good breakfasts and lunches but out do that reputation those evenings in Summer and Fall. Young staff, very energetic but efficient and friendly. We began with the clam chowder. One of the best we ever had, and that is saying something, because we are senior citizens!! Our main dish ($28) was a fabulous King Salmon filet, at least 10 to 12 ounces in a beurre blanc sauce (butter-white wine) that tasted so good we couldn't stop humming and smiling! The fish was perfectly cooked and not a single bone could be found. It was accompanied by roast fingerling yellow and purple potatoes with green beans and a clover like green, the plating was beautiful. For desert I asked if their blueberry pie was tart and the waitress said "I'll let you taste it" and brought over a small bowl with about 4 heaping tablespoons of the pie! It was delicious but not very tart like prefer it so I ordered the peach pie without any toppings. Unbelievable flavor, it was served hot in a large bowel, quite enough for the two of us. We left stuffed but happy. This is how Kings and Queens eat!!! Five stars plus.
