You walk through a small bar to get to the restaurant - it has a bit of a biker-bar feel to it, and the small child running loose and the large dog wandering through the bar created a somewhat chaotic atmosphere. Looks like a favorite locals place, but we had a good dinner there.
Large portions, BBQ ribs, turkey and brisket with beans, potato salad all of them delicious. Slow service to start as the owners wife had all the wait staff cornered for 10 minutes telling a good story. But after that it was fine.
Good americana fare - better than what you might expect in a small coastal town. And a pretty good value too. We would eat here again.
