If you haven't been here and you appreciate good music, great views and good food, you must try this place. The piano player--Terry Disley---is a grammy nominated pianist who has played along with every name group you can imagine including McCartney and the Beatles. His style is effortless, jazzy and just wonderful---and it is free. Unless you choose to tip and buy some of his fantastic CD's---which you should. You will seldom hear this kind of talent anywhere in the world, live and up close.
Sit at the bar for awhile and let Lupe pour you some great cocktails or good wine. The seafood margarita is an outstanding ceviche, but don't miss the oysters Miramar or the cheesy garlic toast. The rest of the menu is varied and you can find something for all tastes. Portions are generous and the chicken cacciatore is a half chicken with carmelized onion mashed potatoes for under 20 bucks.
We go early and make a long evening when we go here and really enjoy the entire experience.
