My husband, adult daughter, and I stayed here for two nights while visiting area vineyards. It was the perfect choice for us as we did not want a generic hotel-type of feeling in the evenings after a busy day of tasting. The owner is a former landscape architect who knows how to create the sort of private outside oasis in the patio area with which to enhance the gorgeous vineyard views. Birds, hummingbirds, and butterflies are the only entertainment needed while sipping your fav beverage. Bruce is friendly and ready to assist with directions to area attractions. Our favorite wineries were actually within walking distance of the cottage, although we enjoyed the short, scenic drives to many others. The best was knowing what was waiting for us at our own little personal retreat. The cottage was very comfortable and did not feel too crowded even with the extra bed. (king plus a single) The little touches were much appreciated - nice linens on the beds, lots of pillows, thick towels, real dishes, table cloths, breakfast food, spring water, and of course wine glasses! This place is a hidden gem and well worth it for anyone who appreciates quality as well as overall experience when planning a visit to this area.

We stayed in the Guest Room for one night this past weekend and it was just wonderful. The hosts (Bruce + Isabella) are very friendly and accommodating. The Guest Room is perfect for two people for one night. We were able to walk to a few wineries, relax on the patio and take a short drive into town. It has all the amenities you would want including a fresh carton of milk in the fridge and some snacks (nuts, etc.). The property is beautiful and you literally have a vast expanse of vineyards in your backyard. We will definitely be back soon!

Perched at the edge of vineyards, panoramic views, we felt like we owned the place. Great places to walk, quiet roads, fun wineries all within an easy walk! The cottage is delightful, beautifully decorated, the bathroom is like being in a spa, little kitchen with everything we needed including breakfast foods and fresh croissants. Very spacious accommodations. We rarely saw the owners but they were available if needed. Easy parking, and with a garmin very easy to find.

Room Tip: If the cottage is booked, the room in the main house is also beautiful!

We stayed at Zinscape in late Sept. The cottage is a little hard to find, but once you find it, it is a hidden gem.

The owners are very friendly and very laidback. You really dont see them when you are there. The cottage is well stocked with breakfast items (Eggs, juice, croissants, etc.). The cottage is very quiet and has a great outdoor patio where you can enjoy your breakfast and overlook the vineyards. It is also very close to several wineries. It is only a couple of mins to Geyserville, Ca where their are several small restaurants and very close to the highway as well.

The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet at night. Our own main complaint was the cottage didnt seem to have air conditioning, but there as a fan to keep us cool at night. You could also open the patio door to let some air in as well. Overall, a nice quiet retreat in the heart of wine country.

Zinscape lived up to all of the reviews and then some. Our little cottage was perfect, sunny, comfortable in all ways. Lovely interior, with artworks and airy charm. All of the little extra touches were so appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked. The croisants were to remember always. To waken each morning to the wonderful "old vines" marching up the hillside in the ever changing light, was wonderous. Our Innkeeper, Bruce was a veritable fountain of knowledge and fun extra tips about the area. This is the kind of gem that we want to keep to ourselves and be selfish, but we have to share the delight with others.
