Chef Shane McAnelly and GM Sean Coleman continue to amaze with imaginative and flavor-filled creations from the kitchen and exceptional service and style in the dining room. We enjoyed several small plates creations which are Chef Shane's signature style including Dungeness Crab Tator Tots, Smoked Mushrooms, Fiore di Mare, Horseradish Crusted Bistro Filet of Beef and the Beef Sliders! All surprised with new flavors and exceeded high expectations. We asked Sean to pair the wines for us with each dish and he blew us away with selections from Sonoma and Sicily including 2008 Ironhorse (Russian River Valley) sparkling, Unti 2010 (Dry Creek Valley) Syrah and Donnafugata (Sicily) 2011 Ben Rye desert wine. All perfectly matched with this amazing foo. Shane and Sean accomplish all of this a prices that encourage regular visits. Thank you guys!!
