Best Western Dry Creek Inn
Ranked #5 of 9 Hotels in Healdsburg

Tuscan themed hotel which is slightly random but very nice! Rooms were clean and spacious, front desk staff were very friendly. Lots of parking available and great breakfast included. All for the great price of $79 through hotels.com - perfect! The only downside was that our room faced the staircase and there was a very bright light outside our window... A bit annoying because I like it to be properly dark when I sleep but nevetheless it was ok.

Room was reasonably clean, though the carpet felt dirty...felt like I should be wearing slippers everytime I got out of bed! Relatively quiet, though it was barrel tasting weekend - so that was good...bathroom was small, and the lights above the make-up mirror could have heated the entire room they were so hot! All in all, a decent two night stay. Pools looked very nice, though we didn't use them. Front desk was relatively helpful - though we called for more towels, and they never arrived - so we went down to the lobby to get them, and they said they would deliver them - which they did, and very promptly!

Room Tip: Ask for the third floor so you don't get noise from people parking thier cars right in front of...

I stayed here three nights in Nov. 2011 and just realized I never wrote a review. I had a great experience. I stayed in one of the Tuscan Rooms, which was great. The included breakfast was plentiful, had lots of options, etc.

I got there really late in the evening. The clerk at the check-in desk gave me handfuls of wine tasting coupons. He then offered to map them all out on a Sonoma County map--took a ton of time to mark the locations of all the wineries where there coupons as well as a few that he recommended. There was no way to visit them all, but it was such a nice gesture. I regret that I don't remember his name!

Room Tip: Stay in one of the Tuscan rooms.

This hotel is very conveniently located for travelers going up US 101. It does have free laundry, which is a plus but otherwise is showing its age. We had a ground floor room and wanted to open the windows to get some fresh air in. However, the windows do not open which is disappointing. The carpet had tears in it, a lamp shade was hanging by one pole, and the remote control was held together by scotch tape, which kept falling off. Decent price, but probably not going to stay there again.

Rooms are very spacious (I'm in the older wing) and bathrooms look like they could use a make over. Not the quietest location as right near a major roadway. You must go to the newest wing across the way for morning breakfast. What is great as they have an elevator!
