We enjoyed our recent stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was above average. The reason I don't give it 4 dots is because they don't do what they preach. There are signs in the room about conserving water and on top of the toilet tank there is a sign that says that they have installed a water saving device. Being curious, I opened the lid and found that there was a BRICK inside! This is an old fashion tank that requires 5 gallons of water per flush. The new toilets only need 1.6 gallon per flush. The brick is not going to make up the difference! We are in a terrible drought; please change your toilets!

Room Tip: Get a room farther from the freeway

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful. Room had a fireplace and balcony. You can here the fountain in your room with the glass doors open. Very soothing. Breakfast was quite varied and would suggest the pancakes or waffles.

Tuscan building very nice with deluxe amenities. courtyard overlooked from balconies and patios is beautiful and the rooms were new and clean. This is an affordable access point to the pricey but wonderful Healdsburg wine and restaurant scene.

Very comfortable, clean and excellent breakfast. The location provided easy access to Healdsburg as well as surrounding wine country. When our poor TV reception was reported, a technician arrive within 5 minutes and in 10 minutes, the repair was made successully.

Its away from town but the walk is doable. it talks about 25 mins to walk down there. no hill or anything like that. The sidewalks are nice felt safe walking at night after dinner. There midweek price was a quarter of the hotels on the square. Not trying to take the cheep way out but it was a nice overnight trip. Just decided to pack and go so the value was great. Spend it on wine instead is what we did.
