Walk in to get a room, they only had a "suite" left, ask if they could do a better price as we came in at 9 and only need the room to sleep in and leave early the next day. They gave us the "suite" for 129. So when we get to the room it's not even a suite it's a normal tiny room which interconnects to another room with paper thin doors and a space large enough underneath to get light coming in from my neighbours room not to mention noise. I go to front desk and insist this is not a suite. Joe insists these are their suites. After a lot of fuss from me, the manager then comes out and informs me that actually this wasn't a suite but in fact a normal room and if we don't like it we can leave. And that he made a mistake and WE did give him the chance to explain because we walked out to discuss between us weather the rate offered was within budget. All this comes out after checking in. He said the best he could do was knock off another 10 dollars so we get charged 119 on a 99 usd room. Reported this to the manager, Ray, the next morning, he tried his hardest to act surprised, and kept wondering who could have been working the previous night, but blatantly obvious he is in on...Walk in to get a room, they only had a "suite" left, ask if they could do a better price as we came in at 9 and only need the room to sleep in and leave early the next day. AVOID! Their rooms may have been slightly renovated but the same scammers are still working this motel. It's not even cheap! P.s came across another review on TA where they told someone they were renting him a"suite". Making a formal complaint to corporate ASAP.More
