This was our first visit to Stonefire Grill and it was a pleasant experience. The service was very friendly and efficient. There was one delivery slip up when they forgot to bring the Tortilla soup and bread-sticks first. We had to ask for the soup that was good but sat somewhere until it was lukewarm. Also it was a little bland for my taste.
The Salmon with lemon garlic sauce was the star of the show and a definite repeat. The salmon was prepared perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The Quinoa was served chilled (on purpose) and had just a touch of fresh mint, very good. The mashed potatoes were also a repeat. They were similar to twice baked potatoes without the skins. The barbecue chicken was good but my personal preference if for a sauce with more heat. It seemed like flame broiled chicken with the sauce poured on when served. Not a lot of smokey flavor but still good. I will get the Salmon next time.
