The worst place ever! Everything went wrong with our stay here: The sheets werent clean, there was mould covering the walls and ceiling of the room and thus the smell of wet-towel in the room, additionally place was swarming with bed bugs. Those were things we could have lived with if there were helpfull staff. Unfortunately not. The staff was one of the impolitest I've seen. They didnt smile, they didnt care, they even didnt have a map. And even though there were lots of posters about boat rides to islands etc. at the lobby, they would not organize any of those. In addition they favoured Asian customers ahead of Europeans, cause only one of the staff spoke understandable english.

The location of the hotel was good and there were no-mould rooms also. Still I would really choose every other place ahead of this, cause its not even reasonably priced.

When i came to the room it was definately not what expected from the pictures. My view was to a wall and roof, windows are not really closing, animals on the bed. The bathroom was smelly, towels not freally dry and there was some waterproblem so that water came from the cieling to the toilet.
When i complaned the next morning the guy from the reception told me, if i would stay longer he could give me a nice room with balcony. Not the nice way, especially because a nigjt is 18 dollars, what is quite a lot for cambodia. Across the road there is a school, so very loud in the morning and you can hear it because the windows don't really close. Also you can hear everyone in the hallway, very noisy place.
When i came back the water problem was not fixed. There is no laundry service and as far as i know also no restautant or breakfast. So not at all what is written online.

I would never go there again and wouldn't recommend staying there, there are many much nicer places for the same price closer to the beach...

Room Tip: New building

Very nice hotel with clean and practical rooms, good view of the ocean on back section and upper floors. BUT : Polyester bedsheets and blankets (im allergic to them)
Often no room cleaning service till late afternoon. Twice no towels available.
Swimming pool : they charge a fee of 5$ for adult guests and 3$ for kidz and wont tell
this to you at check in. Only small notice inside the lift! Nobody used the pool while i stayed there (6days) apart very noisy family and kidz of the owner..
Great is the byke rental service (4$a day) provided by the hotel.
They promised to arrange an early morning Tuktuk to bring me to BusCompany for my
return to PhnomPenh but in the late evening before checkout declared they cannot get
a tuktuk causing me great inconvenience.

Room Tip: upper floors in back part have great views of ocean

We stayed with a tour group. Nice and clean rooms, good location to pubs and beaches. The staff was friendly and the security cameras in the corridors make you feel secure. Pity you have to pay to use the hotel pool.

Room Tip: Top floors quieter

Horrible unfriendly staff who laughed or shrugged at the endless problems we had in the guesthouse - blood on the sheets, and again on the 'fresh' ones after we asked them to change them (we just out a pillow over the stains on the second lot because they made us feel so unable to tell them about problems as they were so rude). Towels stank. Lock on the door was broken. Blocked toilet. The bathroom made the whole room smell like a sewers. Ants and cockroaches. They didn't respond to our email with our booking and so ha a horrible room ready for us, and we changed rooms a total of 4 times. It is also not on the beach as it advertises, at least a 15 minute walk. There are much much nicer places more centrally- such as the beach resort hotel where our friends stayed, which has an amazing pool and seating area!
