Big rooms with great view of the sea and the harbour.
Everything is up to western standards including electricity aircon shower etc...the rooms also have a nice big balcony to chillout and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

Big pool 18mX8meters and more than 2m deep. cleaned every day.and a good restaurant.

Private parking for cars and motobikes. In a quiet neighbourhood.

Walking distance to the beach and to the hill where all the restaurant bars and nightlife are.

All in all one of the best hotels in town.

I stayed at the Harbor Lights for only two nights. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and welcoming. My room was quiet and spacious with a very large bathroom and balcony as well. The rooms appeared clean and the included breakfast was good in terms of both quality and portion size. The location is somewhat remote, if you're wanting to stay near the beach, and then there's the notorious Victory Hill nearby, with half a dozen girlie bars, if you're into that sort of thing. As a woman traveling this wasn't my scene, but the nearby area is nice during the day. Victory beach is about 10 min. walk down the road. I would absolutely stay at the Harbor Lights for my next trip to SHV.

We got a taxi to this hotel after a long trip from Siem reap ...and the hotel staff directed the driver by phone easy as. The hotel is in victory hill, which is a bit away 'from it all' BUT a well run place, with a decent breaky eggs bacon, toast and jam, coffee thrown in. We booked via agoda for seven days and the manager threw in an extra day for free. She helped us organised a good deal with a scooter from the guy down the road, gave us some good road rule advice....the rooms are big, with a full window balcony view with comfy chairs. Aircon worked well. Big usable bathroom. Cleaned and made the bed each day. Felt like my stuff was safe in the room. 24 hour security guard. The place felt like a family run place , Khmer/ French ( I think owners). They made pizzas and other easy foods as room service. The place has harbour views and a pool. After doing an island day trip where I saw people bitten by mosquitoes in their island bungalow rooms I'm glad I decided to have a decent room at the end of the night after doing day trips on the scooter. The biggest downer is the location regarding decent eating and things to do at night if girly bars on the hill are 'not your thing'. But, Browns Cafe, down the hill on the beach is the exception. Otherwise it's five bucks in a tuktuk. Easy. Good mid range hotel.

Room Tip: Try and get a corner balcony.

Love,y hotel with very friendly staff - great rooms with lovely balcony - linen change every day - nothing too much trouble - good size pool and nice breakfast . Maybe not in the best location in SIhanoukville but the room rate reflects that fact - 10 mins by Tuk Tuk and you can be anywhere . Whatever the shortfalls Tepisey the owner and her team make up for them with their smiles . Would certainly go back .

Recently upgrade of the room, Tepisey the new manager do all possible to create a such romantic ambiance.
The bath are new and fresh flowers give a permanent nice feeling in the room.
The restaurant was closed for renovation, so we had breakfast in the place nearby.
The pool is clean and giant.
The sunset view is magic.

Room Tip: reserve by advance, the hotel is small.

We were there 2 weeks ago and had a pretty bad experience overall and finally stay one night only over the 5 we previously booked. Unfriendly French manager not even saying hi to new arriving guests but staring at them without helping when rooms presented issues that were raised politely to staff. Did not even bother to ask why we wanted to check out earlier as well... Hopefully he has a lovely wife who cares but cannot fight alone... No restaurant anymore in high season, only poor breakfast served... Broken things not replaced/repaired. Great building, great swimming pool, spacious rooms but far from the animation of Sihanoukville.
The lack of care and the feeling to arrive to a collapsing place was a killer and on the top of it a manager who tells in front of you to his staff when you try to find a way to get rid of an awful cigaret smell in your room at check-in "if she does not like it (the insect spray to kill the cigaret smell that he was offering....) that's all I have!" : well pack our things and off we went spending our money elsewhere!

I stayed one night, on friends recommendation and I have been very desapointed.
To be fair, the building itself is nice, large and well situated with a view on the see and a big swimming pool. The surroundings are quiet and the room was spatious.
But one notices at first glance the lack of care, the stains on the bedroom table and so on. In a nutshell the lack of soul and the need of serious cleaning.
The rest follows, deceptive breakfast included, not even a juice and dry slices of baguette.
Could have been so nice...
