This place was good to stay in and breakfast was reasonable with a good view, staff friendly.
For dinner =a cross road to beach front and plenty restaurants.
Hotel was fine and cheap $32 per night for double .

This was just an overnight stay on a 20 day tour. Loved the setting just across the road from the beach front. The hotel was clean as was the spacious room. Did not eat dinner in the hotel, but crossed the road to the beach front and all the restaurants which line it. Found a bar to get a drink and bought 10 grilled squid for $3, off a lady with a pole-kitchen. (Hint: make sure the coals in her cooking fire are red hot, then you will know the food will cook ok.) The breakfast was on the roof terrace and open to the sea view, which was quite beautiful as the Cambodian boats were to and fro along the beach.

This place was good to stay in and the room was large, nice bed, good shower, lovely staff. The toilet was broken but I managed to fix it up. The breakfast was reasonable but the coffee was cold which was fixed with some hot water. For dinner you can go across the road and onto the beach then go right and walk about 150m and there are lots of seafood restaurants with what is for sale for cooking out the front, make sure that you get the price for the meal prior to cooking then relax on the beach with your food and drink.
The swimming pool was a good colour.

This is not a great hotel in a disappointing resort. The pool is effectively in a sectioned off part of the car park in front of the hotel and turned a very odd colour when we were there. The bed linen although clean had seen better days. The breakfast lacked choice. The air conditioning leaked and we found it difficult to dry towels, swimsuits etc.. There seemed to be conspicuously more sex tourists in this resort than elsewhere on our trip. The beach is across a main road from the hotel. We also had to keep a close eye on the children because of the lunatic jet skiers (there is no cordoned off area and they weave in and out between the bathers at high speed). On the plus side, the staff were pleasant enough, there were some decent restaurants in the resort (e.g. Coolabah) and on a good evening the beach barbecues are wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the main beach with its little thatched roof restaurants and bars, so great for those people who are sunworshippers and swimmers and who would like to wile away the hours relaxing.

The centre of the town is a little bit too far to walk in the heat, so one of the little motorbike taxis suits the purpose well and there are always a couple outside of the hotel.

As for the hotel itself, well it could be a lot better to be honest. Although the rooms are quite large, the finish of them and the finish in the bathroom and shower leaves a lot to be desired, with some wires and pipes dangling around the place.

Breakfast is served on the roof and is open to the elements, and would have to rate as okay only for those extremely hungry, and even then what is on offer is very limited, and expect to wait some time for any sort of service or replenishing of such basics as milk etc.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall if it is somewhere just to rest your head for the night, then great, but don't expect anything else.

If you like the sort of place where tour buses pull up and dump out their load, this is the place for your. In fact while we were there a bus company named UniverseX, complete with a Mickey Mouse logo, was parked in the gigantic parking area. This is a big soulless concrete bunker. The pros? Sweet staff, good water pressure that was apt to throw the hand-holdable shower head off the wall, decent omelets for breakfast, a nice upper balcony overlooking the ocean, a convenient location to access the Sihanookville beach area, a fair price, a good sized TV, good air con. The cons? Well, a miniscule elevator that seems almost an afterthought- holding maximum of three people with bags. Terrible wifi in the upper rooms. Crummy pillows. Horrid coffee. Weird pool essentially in the parking lot. Hot water that tended to disappear without warning. A sense that you might be turning into a drone if you stayed too long...Still- if you need a clean, convenient place to crash the White Beach is an adequate choice.

Room Tip: There is some construction going on behind the building. I suggest the fourth floor for access to th...
