We stayed there end of January, beg of february and this is a very good value for the price. the swimming pool is awesome, the rooms are vast and if you choose a sea view room, this is really amazing, very relaxing from the animation of the seaside. The beach is only few steps away from the hotel with all its restaurants and bars.
It is true that this hotel is not finished yet, the restaurant is under finalization which means that you have to find your breakfast somewhere else but the staff is very friendly and once finished, it has the potential to become a real hit.

There is a lot more to a hotel than just having nice rooms. The staff here was rude, especially the young man who is some type of general manager. The rooms are really nice but staff were also unhelpful when I reported difficulty using the wifi. There are so many nice places in Sihanoukville such as Coolabah, New Sea View Villas, etc that I simply cannot recommend staying in this place, its risky, you might have a great time but more likely an unpleasant experience.

I stayed at the hotel during it's introductory opening over Chinese New Year. If you want to be in the center of the activity on Serendipity Hill, Sihanoukville it is a good spot. Staff were friendly and rooms were decent. During the Lunar New Year they were charging $80 a night. After that the rates dropped from a range of $35-70. The pool is nice, large, clean and I had a room which opened to the deck space poolside. Being practically new the hotel rooms are decent now. However the finishing work done in the final construction seems a bit shoddy and rooms will look worn quickly. Maintenance in Cambodia means wait until something breaks, wait a bit longer, then fix what you have to make it work. I have no reason to believe this place will be different but would love to be proved wrong. In the meantime it is a nice place to stay especially for travelers sharing double rooms. The price is right and amenities are decent. Go there and check it out...while its new!

Room Tip: Rooms with sliding doors opening up poolside are nice.
