The Requa Inn is a historic hotel with a drop dead gorgeous view of the Klamath River estuary. Dinner is fixed price and worth every penny. The courses are lovingly presented by the chefs and the quality is outstanding. Our group included several dedicated foodies and everyone was impressed with the quality of our meal. Definitely worth a special trip.

My brother in law added a trip to Klamath during a recent tour of California. I admit I was a bit hesitant to go. When we reached the Inn I was curious how it came to be. As soon as we walked in and was greeted by the folks in the sitting area it was clear. We weren't able to stay at the Inn but we did stay in their great house on the hill. The staff was very friendly and helpul. We met some great folks who were staying at the Inn. The chef and the food was Fantastic! all 4 courses! then a super dessert! The wine selection was very good, and breakfast was as good. The pancakes with nutmeg and vanilla, OMG I wish we could go back soon.

Klamath is a beautiful spot with lots of visitors but where to eat. The girl at gas station recommended this place. The food was excellent, service. Superb and location spot on. We shared a table with a delightful cole and had a truly memorable evening

The Requa Inn was a wonderful find during our visit to Redwoods NP - excellent food from local suppliers, attractive presentation - and the chef wasn't afraid to try a few novelties like a seaweed salad and his own version of fry bread. We don't like the huge portions of most restaurants, and the Requa was on our wavelength. Each of the four courses was big enough to be more than a taste, but small enough to look forward to what was coming next.

The communal tables were also a bonus. We met two couples, all with Hong Kong connections, and had a far-reaching discussion about China today; other tables seemed equally engaged in their conversations.

Eating at Requa Inn is like a real life Master Chef experience. The service and the food are both amazing. And the Chef's are very happy to cater to special dietary needs in the process.
