This is a wonderful place to visit and beach it for the day!! It was neat to be close and hear the seals close by.

My wife wanted to make sure that while we were in southern California that we went to see the sea lions and seals that sun bathe each day at the Children's Pool at LaJolla. We arrived and were blown away by how beautiful God's creation was there and the large amount of sea lions and seals that were there. Not just a few, but several hundred. A must see and do.

Any visit to San Diego should include at least a day trip or overnight visit in La Jolla. Hire a car so you can drive around and visit the village properly. This is such a relaxed and scenic location just outside San Diego.

This is a really nice beach. Clean and fine sand. Lots of people in he water surfing and kayaking. Not too commercial. A good place to spend the day.

Just another beach?! It was a little bit crowded. Has a separate section for surfers. I had not the time to visit more beaches around San Diego but the beach itself was not so impressive for me.
