Parking was the biggest issue here. Once parked, the walk along the cliffs overlooking the crashing waves is just spectacular! They are rebuilding the concrete steps down to the pristine scuba beach and underwater park, but you can still get down there. We stayed up on the cliff and watched a crowd of people surrounding a sea lion on the beach.... sun bathing! When the huge creature decided it was time to find shade, it was hilarious to see all the people scramble to get out of the way. Just pure enjoyment and relaxation here..... but crowded.
