We enjoyed a great walk and fantastic views from the Ellen Browning Park. The view of the ocean and all of the seals was a great experience.

We stayed at the La Jolla Cove Suites that faces the ocean and this park. The park is clean and enjoyable at all hours. Parking is a challenge! We paid $20 for a daily parking fee while at La Jolla Cove Suites and it was worth it!

The area is kept clean although the restrooms could be better.
I liked the tie die man selling his T shirts and they were good quality.
I didnt like the fact there was nothing to eat there and that the
parking was very difficult.

This park is a fabulous place to enjoy a picnic lunch, being adjacent to a sidewalk that meanders along the sandstone cliffs of La Jolla Cove. Numerous weddings occur at this park and along the greenbelt that meanders southward atop the bluff overlooking the Pacific. The beach is accessible just south of the main part of the park, and a cove just north of the park is favored for snorkeling and kayaking. Parking is free but competitive, and is generally more available south of the park. The park itself is just a two minute walk from popular La Jolla Village, with its impressive array of boutiques, galleries, lodgings, and restaurants. This is a marvelous location to enjoy spectacular sunsets.

It is crowded but you have a great view of the Pacific Ocean. A nice place to catch your breath and relax after you are tired walking around the "upscale" La Jolla streets.
