Im a customer service trainer. I hope this woman is not the standard for your business. If so, please raise the bar. I plan on returning soon. I remained professional and friendly. I was in a rush, and I refrained from calling her out.

Furniture dilapidated, bed ok, bed linens very nice. Bathtub rust stained (or dirty) ... didn't want to touch stains. Nice TV. Weirdly, no bedside lamps, had to get out of bed to turn off light with switch near door. Lots of comfy pillows was a big plus. Very obscure, unmarked driveway access. Freeway noise all night. NO WIFI AVAILABLE IN ROOM -- come on people,, it's the 21st Century! Nice to have an easily accessible wall socket for phone charger though.

We are homeless and we enjoy staying here. The rooms are nice, clean and I can walk to work. I enjoy talking with staff and there are stores within walking distance. And there's a laundry room on site

The condition of the rooms are so so, but the heater kept popping the electrical breaker which turned off the heater. The weather was cold and raining. Each time it would turn off I had to call the front desk and they would turn the breaker back one which took about 15 minutes.
