I don’t know where to begin with this establishment. The Indian family that runs it is extremely rude, impersonal, and could care less about customer service. The only way to stop their incredible disregard for customer satisfaction is to stop giving them business. They are disrespectful to anyone who approaches the counter from start to finish.
EX 1 - I reserved two rooms, one for 4 and another for 2, both under my name. The older Indian female asked me 3 times how many people are staying in the rooms. She ignored anything I said and kept repeating questions in some idiotic attempt to catch me in a lie. See, they have a policy of charging $10/person EACH night if you have more than reserved.
EX 2 – The middle-aged Indian male at the desk was on the phone speaking a foreign language when I approached the counter one early morning. I stood there for almost 5 minutes, alone, waiting for him to finish his obvious personal conversation, while he never once made eye contact to acknowledge my presence. Once he felt he had finally finished, he asked what I needed.
EX 3 – We went to get more towels for the room accommodating 4 people since we didn’t have our room serviced. A young Indian male at the desk refused to give us towels for 4 people and offered only one towel, despite having a VERIFIED 4-person room reservation. After a back-and-forth, he gave us 3 towels, not 4.
You are not allowed to have ANY visitors and I am not sure how they enforce such a rule. They give you this look like you don’t belong or you are not welcome, even when you are actually paying to stay there. The lot is EXTREMELY small and anything larger than a compact car WILL get dinged. Many cars parked over the lines since the spaces are so small. Oh, “breakfast” is non-existent. They had coffee, juice, and toast. The breakfast area is about 4x8 with ONE table inside and 2 outside.
There are 3 other hotels within less than a 5-mile radius so please just go to one of those. This place needs to be shut down.

This was the only place I could get during this time frame with a rate of $99.00 when I checked in and a rate of $220.00 on Thursday the day before I checked out. The rates are high on Wednesday and Thursday because Comicon is starting here in San Diego. geesh, definitely not worth the cost but they have you over a barrel during special events times like these. The rooms are okay, 2 queen beds, smallish bathroom with a notch cut out of teh door so it swings open without hitting the toilet. They are skimpy on teh in room amenities such as coffee, NO TEA. They do have a microwave, mini fridge that works well and adequate storage for your stuff. i would only stay again in similiar circumstances where it is the only place I can get but it has to be at normal rates. Oh and I almost forgot you can not check in before 4PM regardless if your room is ready or not, very strict about this.

We were here for Cal Games and thought the rooms were spacious and clean. The clerk who checked us in was very busy but managed to be very efficient, polite and professional.
