We had a brilliant time quad trekking at Oaker Wood. The place is very well organised, instructors were very experienced and very good at making sure all our mixed group of adults and teenagers, of thrill seekers and more cautious had a really good time. The best bit was trekking through the paintball courses because there was no paint balling going on. I really would recommend the quad trekking to people of all ages and abilities. Well done Oaker Wood.

We had an awesome November morning in beautiful surroundings (thank goodness Oaker Wood provide detailed directions as it would have been a challenge to find otherwise). We were greeted upon arrival and introduced to our two instructors Chris & Sam and despite the Rugby world cup score at the time of arrival, we were in good spirits. We were briefed and made to feel excited (and safe/confident) about events. Children (age 16, 14 & 10) loved the Zip and tree trekking-as did I... but highlight was def. quads. We thought quads may be a bit tame and slow but it was full on adrenaline, off road experience through the woods --- we were all grinning ear to ear- especially my 10yr old who chose this activity as an early birthday treat.
The surroundings were stunning and site was vast and well planned. Just wish we were a larger group so we could try paintball etc I can certainly see how this would be amazing for large groups but equally suited us perfectly as a family day out.
