Our annual visit to Morgan's was as great as ever. The food was amazing with subtle blends of herbs and spices to create innovative dishes. Our surprise was a fresh mixture of mushrooms that were prepared with an unusually earthy wine that just set them off perfectly. The carpaccio as a starter was not the usual with just some oil and a few cheese shavings, but a lovely blend of salad and veg with wonderful flavor. Superb service from Mark and Michael and all the staff very friendly. I still feel their desserts are a nice variety but weak. The two ice cream specialties are tasty but a bit too much.
