Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at Broadway and it was an amazing dinner and overall experience. We arrived early and sat at the bar where we had a proper handcrafted cocktail and enjoyed the lively ambiance. The Somm noticed that we had brought our own wine and decanted it immediately so it would be ready to drink when we took our seats at the Chef Counter. All the staff was extremely nice and attentive. The real fun once we arrived at the seats right near The Pass. Small open kitchen with 4 guys working in exact precision. It was really fun to watch them prepare all the dishes. We opted to have the Chef prepare us a four course meal and it did not disappoint - we had Pork Belly with charred melon, Grilled Octopus, Salmon with Roasted Corn Risotto and Duck. They also sent us over their famous Brussel Sprouts that were out of this world! The homemade donut holes stuffed with lemon and drizzled with honey were a perfect ending to a perfect meal. The last couple of times we had been we sat at the very close tables, but instead of annoying, we found it lively and entertaining - meeting some great people sitting next to us. If you want to ignore everyone around you and want an intimate dinner - this is NOT the place for you. If you like lively ambiance and enjoy talking to other guests you will really enjoy this place…

Great eats at the former site of 5 Feet, an eclectic menu that is every bit as good as others in the area with the highest Zagat ratings. Nice bar and a happening atmosphere.

Menu and quality of food delicious will return. Sunday evening was packed lots of energy however service was slow we had to request numerous times for drinks, etc. when they brought out coffee men served first and mine was served at least 10 minutes later, what's up with that? While not happy about the service last night, likely will return. If you are the manager reading this please tweak your deliverable.

From the moment we arrived we guessed that this was not going to be a night to remember for the right reasons.

We were ignored by the maitre d' in favour of someone she knew.

The cocktail menu was poor and the waiter and his team didn't even know what a white cosmo was.

The bone marrow was simply poor. Flavourless.

My new york strip was tasty but dry.

However, the pork belly was frankly the worst dish I have been served for many months. It was ugly to look at - a huge dollop of hoi sin sauce with some fig poured over blackened asparagus which, in the dark room, made the whole dish look, sadly, like dog poo. The three pieces of pork belly were turned up and dry. They looked and tasted as though they had been left on a surface heater for a few hours. Not a single drop of juice or gravy oozed from the hardened piece of leathery ..... meat I think?

The waiter was non-plussed that we had the temerity to complain.

No-one asked how the meal had been and we left as quickly as we could.

It is noisy and awful.

Go to Watermarc, Nicks or any other decent restaurant rather than here unless you want to shout across a noisy industrial space and receive poor food.

Took a close friend to Broadway for a special birthday treat. We shared a charcutterie plate, branzino entree and brussell sprout side (and half-bottle of Pinot). Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. But what impressed me most was the service. Despite being a higher-end establishment, every staff member (host, wait staff...) was friendly, warm and truly service-oriented.Looking forward to returning there with my husband next time.
