We liked this Best Western and would stay here again. It appeared that the hotel is fairly new, our room was spacious with a sofa and king size bed and reasonably priced. The room was clean and bed was good.

We were just traveling through and just needed a room to spend the night but would stay there again if staying in Livermore. The hotel was not near anything else and had to find somewhere to eat several miles away.

The breakfast was the standard free breakfast fare.

I booked ahead, for a five day stay, and requested a lower floor. I checked in, and was given an upper floor, but the real problem was that directly outside my window they were doing repair on the building, and so from 8 am to 5 pm there was constant drilling and pounding right next to the window. It was very loud. I went to the desk to discuss this and was told, "Sorry, the only other room we have is in the smoking section and it stinks!" The Desk Clerk also told me that their wireless internet was very weak, so to use the ethernet cable, and that it would cost me nothing. When I checked out they had charged me $66.80 to dial local numbers for AOL. I have called, written, and e-mailed the Manager, Debbie Lamb, to discuss this, to no avail. She does not respond, as she apparently does not care. DO NOT STAY AT THIS FACILITY. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, THERE IS NOONE TO HELP YOU.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days while scouting the area for housing.
We mainly selected the property because the price was reasonable and because it features free wireless and wired internet.

Room
The room was spacious, clean and in good condition.

Noise:
We had a room at the back of the building on the top floor. This is the side of the building that faces the highway. We didn't mind, but if you're a light sleeper, I would not advise this hotel as you can clearly hear the traffic day and night. The rooms in the front of the building will most likely have less noise!

Staff
Front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast
Breakfast was very basic, but free, so no complaints there either.

Overall, we were satisfied. It's not a great hotel, but it is convenient, clean and affordable! No complaints, really!

This appears to be an almost new property. The lady who checked us in was extremely pleasant and placed us in a room on the top floor away from the elevator to ensure we'd have a quiet night's sleep. She also wrote down directions for us to get to a specific restaurant for dinner.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was one of the best we've experienced.

We were on the road for nearly four weeks and the Best Western Vineyard Inn was one of our top-two experiences.

This was a very enjoyable place to stay. The room was large, and the lighting was fairly good. We had a problem with the TV remote so my husband took it downstairs where he was given several others to try. The manager came by shortly to make sure one of them worked, which it did. The sink area was rather small, but manageable. The fluorescent light in the toilet/tub area flickered whenever it was turned on, which is annoying to say the least. Also, we've learned over the years that if our room has an air conditioner which can be set to stay on and create a steady noise it will mask most outside and hallway noises. It did that, and did it well because the motel is about half a block away from a busy Harley Davidson dealership and we never heard anything when we were in our room, only when we were outside. We'll most likely stay there next time we're in Livermore.
