We walked in and were seated promptly by a pleasant young man who took our order and warned us about the "exotic" flavours in the Prahak Kteih. This was a plate of the freshest raw veggies accompanied by a melange of Ground pork and spices with kaffir leaf, coconut, tamarind and picled fish: the last being the "exotic" flavour. This alone was worth any price one would expect to pay, but only cost US $9. The taste of each of the dishes we had were tryly inspiring. When I get home my mission will be to cook a passable Prahak Ktieh.
