This should not be compared with an ordinary hotel stay.
You are stopping in a memorable piece of history, and this is likely to be a memorable and unique vacation.
We stayed as a family of 4 in two twin rooms, my wife particularly interested in the historic connections of the vessel.
Many comments have been made about the lack of mod cons and imperfections of the rooms.
I was worried these may spoil our stop at the ship - however noise was rarely an issue for us and I had a great nights sleep, the room had adjustable ventilation which in the room we were in was as good as air con. The bathroom was battered ( our other room was better) but acceptable because of the fact you had a room from history to stop in.
Our sunset tour of the ship was memorable with great photographic opportunities. We had dinner and breakfast on board, both were very good.
All in all a great venue and I would be happy to return and visit again.
