“A Gem Off the Beaten Track”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 October 2013

The tiny town of Los Alamos is usually just a flash as people drive north or south on Hwy 101 in the 805 area code. We highly recommend taking the time to stop and walk the only 'commercial' street. Then have a meal at bell street farm, you will not be disappointed. Jamie Gluck makes everyone feel at home and has crafted a fantastic menu of outstanding, big city, quality food.
Our chicken salad sandwich and, special of the day, home smoked pastrami sandwiches were delicious.
Each time we have eaten there, on our drives between LA and the Monterey Peninsula, we have loved our food and enjoyed sitting outside on the back patio.
Don't miss it - if you care about fresh, quality food, good people and small towns, you will not be disappointed.

“Fabulous Lunch at Bell St Café”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 October 2013 via mobile

From the outside you are not sure what's beyond the front door but go on in and find a very cool menu with a very good selection of local wines by the glass, in my case. The pork belly sandwich was amazing and we decided on the coolest desert...mini carrot cakes with cream cheese icing..4 to the plate (one order). It was sublime. Lovely staff and deli type products are available to purchase. Loved it!

“Really great deli and more!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 September 2013

This is a place you need to know about. Bell Street Farm is a wonderful country deli/store. Some friends recommended it to us; otherwise we would never have stopped. Order at the counter and they deliver to the table. Very creative menu of primarily sandwiches and salads with locally sourced ingredients. We shared a salad and a sandwich. I only wish I lived closer. And then our server tempted us with a couple of deserts that were to die for. Everything seemed fresh and the service was excellent. Very helpful and everyone seemed to have a good attitude. This place is worth getting off highway 101 for when driving either direction.

“Los Alamos jewel”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 September 2013

My friends from Santa Barbara took me for lunch to the Bell Street Farm today.
What a great surprise in a sleepy town like Los Alamos.
We were warmly welcomed by Jaimie the colorful owner with a glass of Chardonnay :)
We had a simple lunch yet full of flavor made with fresh local products.
The ambiance there is very friendly and you feel at home.
Between families, group of friends and farmers from the erea the ecletism of the place makes it even more attractive.
This is a MUST stop for anyone who's near this town.

“3rd Saturday Delight”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 August 2013

We've visited Bell Street Farms quite a few times for lunch, which has always been delicious and a great experience but this time we went for the special 3rd Saturday Dinner.
All you can eat Antipasto Bar was amazing...the selection of delicacies, each one more delicious than the one before (tasty marinated figs, yummy pepper salad and the deliciously juicy fresh tomatoes topping the bruschetta....the plate was filled with an assortment that we couldn't stop enjoying.
Then came the perfect roasted chicken, roasted potatoes and vegetables, served family style....we were approaching full but no one stopped eating.
Topped it all off with an incredible cobbler for dessert and the nite was complete!
Jamie, the owner, was so 'present' throughout and assisted with the perfect wine recommendations, continually coming by to make rue all was great and we were totally satisfied.
This was one of the most comfortable, wonderful and enjoyable meals, we were all treated like family and our every need was met.
Definitely the place to enjoy great food, the best service and an overall perfect experience!
