Well what can I say!
After a 10 hour flight and a crazy drive from LAX in a hire car my boyfriend and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in LA. We stayed here for 4 nights.
We were greeted by Nina (the owner) as though we were her only guests-we clearly were not as it is a popular B&B! She made us feel so welcome as she gave us a tour of her lovely house and answered lots of questions. The B&B has a room full of information and a notice board on the wall to show you where every tourist spot is and how to get to it-so useful!
The room also had a list-with reviews-of all near restaurants, which was a brilliant idea as the last thing we wanted to do was try to drive anywhere and look for food.
We stayed in the Comet room and it was great. The bedroom was spacious, with the most comfortable huge bed! It also had a big TV & satellite. The bathroom was also big, with a shower (no bath). However, the balcony was enormous! It has lots of chairs and a table and spiral stairs leading down to the pool.
The house is very eccentric! But lovely, and Nina is clearly amazing at mosiacs. We did not meet William as I think he was away at the time.
The B&B is very clean and tidy and the breakfasts were great. We also loved the fact that we had a private gated drive for the hire car. We also used the pool which was great.
The location is fine. Within walking distance of the Walk of Fame and a very safe feeling neighbourhood.
Nina made sure she was able to see us off when we left and it really felt like she cares about her guests.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommed it to my friends. I'm so glad I did not pay out for a hotel room. This B&B is cheaper and so much nicer!
