The ambiance is beautiful: Flowers, plants, trees, water, swans....The service was outstanding AND the Server gave us each (a party of eight!) a separate check, at our request!!! The food was exceptional. The pastry chef, Tiffany, prepared a gluten-free chocolate cake that we LOVED. She also promised to prepare the classic Hotel Bel Air floating merinque dessert next time if we phoned her in advance ("Floating Islands.") What a special dining experience!
