The atmosphere: relaxed, industrial, unpretentious "Peedro"
The wait staff: involved, extremely helpful and accessible
The drink: varied, plentiful and interesting
The food: really, really good, authentic Cajun (think fried oyster and soft shell crab Po'Boys, Gumbo, Etouffee and Jambalaya)
The value: unbeatable, it is hard to find a plate over $8, happy hour drink prices are ridiculously great
Best time to go: anytime for lunch or dinner..but if you want to visit the abundant adjoining galleries you may consider First Thursday of the month when there is an organized art walk
