We did a open aired tour of LA, Hollywood sign and the stars homes. Our guide was extremely funny and full of information. I would def recommend everyone to do this tour.

We were quite lucky to get a spot on the LA City Tour bus. We were scheduled to do the Starline WB VIP and Stars homes tour but (due to a screw up from Starline) we were left hanging and fuming. However, by some stroke of luck, the LA City Tour bus showed up just as we were about to go back to go out and try and make something of our Sunday. They were here to pick up a few guests from our hotel and the receptionist (who was really nice and helpful) spoke with the driver and he agreed to take us with him. We went to their offices on Hollywood Blvd, paid for our spots and did the tour.

It was really good. Our driver (too bad I can't remember his name!) was very knowledgeable (as he should be!) and he was very good at 'educating us'. He took us to Santa Monica where we drove past the 'blue house' which was used in the season 1 finale of Revenge. As we toured Santa Monica, we also drove past the building where Horatio Caine tossed some bad guy in what might have been an episode from season 4 of CSI Miami. Being a die hard fan of movies and tv shows, I loved every bit of the tour!

Remember the fire escape that Richard Gere climbed at the end of Pretty Woman? We say that... You guys seen Iron Man 3? Remember Tony Stark's home that gets blown up? We saw that. The tour also included Venice Beach, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Hollywood sign and Olvera Street, where we saw the CBI Headquarters from the Mentalist.

We also went to Bel Air and drove past the homes of actors incl. MIke Tyson's yellow house that he started before he went broke, the Playboy Mansion and many more.

Finally, we ended our trip in Beverly Hills, where the girls had the chance to do some shopping before heading back to our respective hotels.

It was a great tour and we managed to see plenty during the 5 or so hours.

I highly recommend it.

We booked to go to Disney. Brochure said 9.30 departure, 8.30 pm return.

You are picked up from hotel and taken to central base where you then stand around for absolutely ages. Seems very poorly organised.

Bus was fine and was as expected, bus to get us there. Upon arrival you are not dropped off at the park, but down the road in McDonalds car park! We were advised that the park closed at 7, so in fact we would depart at 7.30. Don't think anything of it until we went in and were given maps/brochure, which advised hat he parade didn't actually start until 7pm.

One if the women on out bus told us that she called the tour company to complain and ask for later pick up so they didn't miss the parade and was rudely told not their problem, despite the fact they advertise 8.30pm departure.

Therefore, in order to get back to bus in time (back down road at McDs), we missed 99% of the parade which was one of the main things we wanted to see.

After the poor response our fellow passenger got, we raised the issue with the hotel on our return as we thought they may get a better response. Seems the company is unhelpful to everyone and made no apologies for false advertising and cutting short our day.

Return trip also took hours as one bus dropped off literally all over the city.

Would definitely recommend avoiding and instead using a company who give you what they advertise. If we had seen the other reviews in here before we had booked, we would never have used them.

Have not taken many tours in my day. But I thought why not. They picked me up at my hotel, drove me to hollywood -to their office on H-wood blvd. George then took use on a fun, fact filled drive through points of interest. We saw the rich and ubber rich and thier toys and mantions. It was well worth it. The 2 hours turn out to be 4 hrs of fun! Cheers George for the lift home and the knowledge...

We went on the celebrity homes tomes tour where we made our way through to Hollywood sign lookout and then up Mulholland drive and back again through Beverly Hills. The tour was very interesting and the driver was fun and had several jokes and worked the crowd well. The company picked us up from the hotel and was more than happy to drop us back if we wanted. It was a fun and interesting trip although you never know if what you are being told is correct or not, to be honest they could say anyone lived in those houses and we would have just said OH and take a photo. I would recommend the trip for the service provided.
