“Ships passing in front of your table!”

We went on a Sat. Night and it was empty. We were a little skeptical. Sat by a fire pit. The food was really good and the presentation was beautiful. We had lobster tail and others had pasta. Big portions. Service by our waitress was really pleasant. The view was lots of fun. Big ships passing right in front of your table. Awesome.

“Fabulous location”

Great brunch. I like that they have several different buffet stations so you don't get stuck in a long line. Wonderful view, excellent food. Building is getting a little dated. But, service is top notch. You can stroll the little shopping area or take the harbor cruise after lunch.

“Great place with great views”

I love the way they partially remodeled the restaurant and bar. The food is great. I had a shrimp cocktail and the shrimps tasted so fresh. The patio and bar offer great views of the ships moving in and out of the harbor. Parking is easy. Service is very good too.

“Unimpressive”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 October 2013

We stopped here before taking in a Cirque du Soleil show. I think we would have done better to get the hot dogs they sold in the Cirque tent! There were a lot of cars out front, but most of the people were at the bar...it was Friday evening. The wait staff started off attentive enough and brought us our water and some nice warm bread. The view was that of an industrial port and we had a fun time watching the tugs maneuver some large container ships through the channel. The food was what we came for though, and that was very disappointing. I had the pastalaya, which was a combination of shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams and salmon in a cajun sauce over pasta. The pasta, sauce and salmon were the only things they got right. Both the shrimp and scallops were overcooked, and maybe left over from the previous night. I'd say the clams were underdone, and the mussels were overpowered by the sauce. My husband had the seared tuna and really only like the outer edges. Our aunt had the shrimp and she too gave a thumbs down to her meal. The server asked only once how we liked our meals...at the time they were served. He was literally right behind the server carrying our food out. After that he vanished.
We tried to redeem our meal by getting dessert. Both my husband and aunt had the cheesecake. My aunt thought it was so-so but my husband loved it. I had the creme brulee which felt and tasted as if it had just come from the fridge. The dish was cold and obviously had been prepared well before we arrived. The brulee part was a distant memory.
If not for the cheesecake and the view, this place would have ranked in the terrible category. We'll definitely not be coming back.
