There are better steakhouses, that are as expensive or less so. Think Cut, Mastro's, Wolfgang's. The service is terrible, the decor old, definitely not worth it.

I have read elsewhere that the brunch is good. So we tried it. If your idea of a good brunch is a lot of food - but poor quality - it is good. If you idea of a good brunch is great quality - freshly prepared food - don't go. Very tired looking plates - sitting there for hours in some cases. Prime Rib? I think the only thing that was really prime rib were the bones which I think were cut off from the servings from the night before ( or days before). The meat that was sitting on the carving board separate from the bones did not resemble any prime rib I have seen - top round perhaps? They looked like miscellaneous end cuts. Lobster - small lobsters in a steam tray slathered with something - didn't want to even venture a guess what, white gooey sauce of some kind. The place was packed - definitely folks that are into quantity and not quality.

What a classic place for great lobster or steak. Something for everyone. The old oak look, the classic service, the intimate booths are all a draw. And the food is the very best.

Having driven by and heard about how good Delmonico's was for many years, I was excited about having dinner there. I ended up very disappointed. 6 of the 7 meals were brought out and 2 dinners were served to the wrong people. We had to remind the waiter about the 7th meal. We had to ask for drawn butter for 2 or the 3 Crab dishes. Sour cream was served for the potatoes; but no butter; so again we had to ask. By the time everyone was served so we could eat, the crab was no longer hot. Everything did taste very good.

We went for Sunday brunch this weekend, and this is now officially my favorite spot for buffet style sunday brunch. They have an huge selection of seafood, including several types of fresh oysters, crab legs, stuffed and broiled lobster, sashimi, tuna, & squid. They also have breakfast bar, which includes, waffles, pancakes, french toast, and much more. The selection is HUGE. And the food is second to none. Simply amazing. The desert selection is to die for. The service was impeccable. The server was very attentive and made sure our party was happy at all times. The $35 is actually a great deal for the seafood selection alone. And this is in the valley! I would have never thought to come here, but heard great things so I gave it a shot. If you love seafood, you will LOVE this place! Definitely try it out. It was simply amazing.
