If i had to some it up, this establisment has wonderful pizza and mediocre service. The reason i say this that we really never had anybody come and ask if we needed anything else, something else to drink, and other fundamental services. I am not sure if this is because we were in a party of 6 or just lack of basic traning. Whatever, the case the problem did not persist into the kitchen. Everything I tried was delicious.

Caiote Cafe is one of several really good restaurants in Tujunga Village. Lots of favorite dishes here. Want a comfort food meal? The crispy pressed chicken is soul satisfying. Want a delicious salad? Try the Humble or The The Salad. The The Salad is famous for expectant mom's who want to hurry things along. OR try one of Caiote's pizzas. I've only had the thin crust and it was incredibly good. Oh yeah, and the garlic rolls served while you wait? Don't miss them.

Caioti's is a great little neighborhood place in the middle of a block of shops and eateries in Studio City. Thin-crust pizzas are wonderful -- try the Margherita pizza. It's simple and sensational. If you're hungrier, go for something hearty like the Dutch Oven Roast Beef with oven-fried potatoes. Don't fill up on the garlic knots -- it's hard, because they're so good.

The vibe here is low-key, the wait staff has always been very friendly and the service is good. This is truly a local place -- good food, unpretentious, small. Walk off dinner with a stroll past the neighborhood boutiques and coffee / dessert places.

This is the 2nd time I've been to this restaurant. They have an awesome "The Salad". The garlic Knots are quite delicious as well. The service is the 2nd worse service I've ever experienced. The first time we were ignored after they took our order. They don't like to come back to your table after they've given you your food. This past Saturday we went there again, and were treated like 2nd rate citizens. We asked for more Garlic Bread Knots, and the surly, lazy, in competent waiter leaned against the wall as he listened to our request, and then brought back 2 measly garlic knots. I opted not to tip him.

Nice little pizza place with out of the ordinary toppings. A little out of the way, but if you want some creative pizzas put it on your list.
