Good food but I think their branch in the valley is better. Don't know if it's the cramped atmosphere. It seemed like a good idea to try it. Perhaps we did not order the right stuff. Shrimp cakes was good but very expensive. Parking is tough but we managed to get street parking a block away. Will probably go to their restaurant in the SF valley instead. Portions were a lot smaller I think. Fast service though. Will have to research what to order for next time.

College years offer a lot of memories which sets the course of our life. Being an alumni to a college is forever attach our spirit to the almameter, Sanamluang Cafe is not only great for its great tasting dishes but it offers an experience worths loyality to it.

Uncountable numbers of loyalists have come back to this humble but very convenient restaurant not only for its taste, but the spirit it keeps for decades, and decades to come.

The soups are excellent, pad thai is very famous, satay is very comforting ... my favourite: chinese brocolli over rive with deep fried belly pork ... perfect!

The restaurant is little and is not fancy at all. But the food here is really good! We were so lucky to find this place to have late dinner about 2am. I enjoyed my SPICY Pud-See-Ewe, Tom-Yum-Goong, and Thai-iced tea. The portions are BIG! The Tom-Yum-Goong has lots of shrimps and mushrooms and it is big enough for 2 ppl. I've tried many Thai restaurants in Asia and this one is one of the best! We're so happy and surprised that we had such a good Thai dinner in L.A.... especially in 2-3am :)
Good food, good value!

We had dinner here on the recommendation of Trip Advisor reviews, and as usual, we were not disappointed. My companion and I each had an appetizer and an entree and everything was delicious. The restaurant, in a small strip plaza, isn't much to look at, but it is clean and the service was friendly and fast. FYI - portions are generous and spicy means spicy.

O.K. at first glance this little place is nothing to write home about...in a shabby strip-mall... tight parking... etc! But wait until you get inside and taste the food... OMG!!! There is no other place to eat Thai in Hollywood for our family. We use to live in Los Angeles, and eat here everytime we visit (twice a year), and they are open until like 2am. Only Negative would be the bathroom situation... kinda third world-ish smell, so avoid it if possible. Outside of that, your in for a real meal treat, and the staff are always patient and pleasant, especially if your new to the place. Go on and enjoy some authentic Thai Food here, you'll be glad you did (BIG BANG FOR YOUR BUCKS TOO).
