This is a great restaurant. The food and service were both great.

They offer nachos and salsa prior to meal and it was great. The food was tasty and the service was friendly and prompt.

Will go back here again next time that I am in LA.

Our friends who live in LA took us here whilst we were out visiting them last month and my goodness weren't we in for a treat.

We walked in and it felt like we were in a little piece of Mexico! Margherita's to die for and food that tasted as though it had been made in Mexico and driven across the boarder to order.

HUGE portions so large even my boyfriend couldn't finish his meal. The server was a lovely chap who was very helpful to explain certain things that we asked. In the UK we have a distinct lack of Mexican food places generally and all we are really used to is Old El Paso dinner kits, which are limited to three dishes! So there were a lot of foods on the menu we'd never heard of and some even our friend's who were regular Mexican eaters couldn't explain to us.

I wish we could go back tomorrow, but we can't as it would be an expensive Mexican meal. We have however, recommended this place to our friends who are on honeymoon and travelling to LA in a few weeks time.

You shouldn't miss this place if you visit LA, and if you live there (you lucky thing you!) you need to be making this place a regular stop for dinner!

Definitely one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles, the food is fantastic and always great. The chimichangas and the quesadillas are amazing and the veggie fajitas are great as well. Not to mention the restaurant is a favorite of quite a few celebrities including Jack Nicholson who has a brass plaque above one of the tables.

The tables benches have incredibly straight backs and force you to lean forward a little, but the guacamole is well worth any mild discomfort.

Go and order the "Taste of History" and you'll get a little bit of everything and have plenty of food to take home as well.

The waiter was cheerful, the service was prompt, and the food was good. The green corn tamales were enjoyable, but a little too wet. The guacamole was excellent. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food.

Seated, eating out of there in 1 hour! With 3 adjoining tables at the height of Friday evening dinner hour! Amazing service, fantastic guacamole and good food. We were amazed at the ability to handle such a large crowd so efficiently. Good energy from staff and customers
