We regularly travel from the west side to this small, welcoming Thai restaurant in Tarzana. We figure at the right time of day it takes 20 minutes on the 101>405 to get there and it takes longer than that to get downtown or to Pico and Overland. The food is consistently good and inexpensive. The service is always friendly and warm no matter if you arrive just as they are opening or getting ready to seat the last table. You can bring your own wine, no corkage fee and they have an impressive wine and beer menu as well.
