You can tell at one time this was a very nice RV Park, like others have said, it’s all here, but they have let this place run down. We didn’t see any maintenance people out and cleaning.
The dog parks, both for small dogs and the one for large dogs were very nice except in the week we were there they never clean out the poop trash can, which was large and really smelled bad as it filled up. Also there are 4 doggie poop bag stations, all remained empty our entire stay. I think this caused some to just leave their dogs poop on the ground.
No internet service unless you bring your own. Very poor cable TV reception, the pool and hot tubs were closed and not in service and you still have to pay the price as if all this was available, also it was not mentioned when we called ahead to see if they had sites open. (Note, during our stay I did check the internet and their site indicated that you would have access to the Pool and Spa.)
When we checked in they asked how long we would be staying and I said, for at least two days and may extend. I was never told that if you booked for four or more days, that you got one free. When I went back to extend our two day stay for another three days, I asked if I could get the one day free and they said No because this would be a second booking. Not very good customer service!!
You can see that near the back of the park it is mostly full time permanent residents, many who have really let their sites pile up with junk, dogs tied to long ropes, barking all the time, etc. We stayed near the dog parks and had a very nice site, a little freeway noise but not enough to bother us.
The only disturbing noises were all the full time residents leaving for work early in the morning between 5 and 6am. Many of the vehicles had loud mufflers and it will wake you if you’re a light sleeper
If they got their act together and cleaned up this place and fixed the things I mentioned above, it would be at least a 4 star RV resort and we would come back. But as it stands now, we will not return unless things change for the better.
If you do decide to stay here, I would stay in the park near the dog parks or at least no farther in than the middle of the park.
Also if you call ahead, ask if the pool, hot tubs, internet are up and working, and don’t forget about the one free day if you stay four days or longer.
The staff and mangers were very friendly, just wished they would have honored the one day free stay.
