Description: Come to our restaurant in the early evening and watch a beautiful sunset while munching on some appetizers like our pan-fried shrimp and sipping on some Italian Sauvignon Blanc. For a main course try our Branzino fish with some sauteed vegetables. Then to finish off a delicious meal and a beautiful night try our Zabaglione with fresh strawberries and a pastry. You will not be disappointed!

By happenstance we chose this small, upscale, reasonably priced gem for lunch -- with a nice menu and wine selection, and delicious food

Most recently the wife lived her pasta selection- and I the monkfish.

Have been there twice and look forward to returning many times

We had a really nice lunch at Sapori's and were surprised at how well the food was prepared - especially for an afternoon meal. By that I mean, because of the touristy area, it would be quite easy to expect fast preparation of so so food for a heavy turnover. This restaurant however is run by italians, is slightly old school and the food is authentic and has the delicacy of true italian food without the heaviness that sometimes comes with Americanized italian. It has a little patio as well and it sits right by the water. Of all the restaurants we went to in this little area, Sapori's was really heads above the others in terms of taste and quality of food. Reservations for dinner would be a good idea

Nice location in a quiet area, no parking problems. Not too large, it is pretty noisy when crowded. The food is amazing. Great variety, great taste, very good wine list and prices in line with the service. Did not like the 15% default tip on the bill...

worst experience ever. We made a reservation for a party of 6 at 8,30 PM, the person on the phone don't even bother asking us for a phone number. Their website clearly states they are open until 10,00 pm. We drove for nearly two hours to reach this place since the food was so highly recommended. We got lost not being familiar with the area and called the restaurant soon after 8,30 pm to inform them we were close but couldn't find them. The manager simply told us they were about to close at 9,00 pm! He didn't even try to help us with the directions, we finally arrived 5 minutes before nine and the same guy just told us WE ARE CLOSED!. Being 9 months pregnant I drove with other 5 people for two hours to reach a place that is supposed to close at 10,00pm and being just sent away an hour earlier!!! The next day I contacted the owner trying to get an explanation, Mr. Stefano simply said if they do not have a lot of people they close at 9,00pm...maybe it's a good excuse for you but not right at all for people who are not aware of your policy and simple rely on the time table mentioned on your website. Too bad no one told us when we made the reservation, no one bother asking us for a phone number to inform us and no one cared when we called to let them know we were on our way just needing a little help to find them.
Definitively not a lot of care for customers service...I will never go there again and will definitively not recommend it to anyone! RUDE.

We stayed in Marina Del Ray and wanted to have some Italian food and searched Tripadvisor and found Sapori. We got a very nice table by the Window with A beautiful view of the harbour. The waiter was nice and recommended a special dish, tomato, cheese and Parma ham. In addition we took Carpattio. As main course we had, Lasagne, Lamb rack and a creamy pasta served with a deliciouse Zinfadel wine. All in all A very good meal in A Nice atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to all Italian food lovers.
