On a hot day in September (well, hot for English folks), this creamery was something of an oasis. We've developed a love of ice cream-based drinks and so a Brown Cow and Cherry Cow were good choices for us. The vanilla ice cream tasted particularly good.
The creamery had young people working there and some young folks, who I took to be locals, enjoying a drink. So the atmosphere was fairly lively, helped by the fresh red and white decor and a radio playing what sounded like a local station.
I had the impression of being in a local hangout where folks from out of town (or out of state - or even 6,000 miles away) are made welcome. It works for me!
