I'm not particular about Korean restaurants and my favorite places are probably street stalls in grimy markets in Busan, but I do expect a certain level of food quality and service wherever I go and this place doesn't measure up. I walked in right after opening at 11:00 a.m. and was promptly directed to a seat in the middle of the floor. The waiter brought over my water and said the side dishes weren't yet ready. You'd think if they were open, they would be prepared to serve. Okay....Anyway, I ordered bulgogi, a staple at most places, which was around $14.00. Limited menu of meat dishes, pahjun, and tofu soups, at not very good prices. The side dishes when they arrived were not all that numerous and the kimchi, while good, was not the tangy fermented kind I like so much. My water glass went unfilled for a long time and I was given a new side dish somewhere at the end of the meal, unexpectedly. The bulgogi was only just okay, not grilled and crispy but pan cooked and in a watery sauce. I recommend you eat in Koreatown in Santa Clara instead of here. More choices, better food, better prices.
