We just saw Three Dog Night at the Gallo Center for the Arts. It's a beautiful place -- clean and new. Our seats were great, and it looked to me that all the seats were excellent. Very well done! Before the show, and probably at intermission (we didn't have one, so I can't say for sure), they sell drinks, and there are plenty of seats to sit and enjoy them. Take a look at their calendar. There is something for everyone!

This was an excellent one-woman production. The actress was here last year playing Madame Curie and returned to a full and enthusiastic house. Don't miss her if she comes your way.

It's nice to see Modesto be treated to an elegant facility such as Gallo. I've viewed several performances at the Center and have been impressed with it each time!

Gallo Center has a variety of shows throughout the year...everything from YES Company Kids Review (local group) to Dana Carvey to Anthony Bourdain, to Broadway. I saw Rock of Ages there and loved it. They have two theaters and even the larger one seems intimate. Prices are very reasonable and parking is easy.
If you happen to be in Modesto, it's worth a trip to see a show at The Gallo. No matter what your personal preference in genres, you'll find it sooner or later on the entertainment calendar.
