First you need to be aware that this spa is under renovation and is changing to a Marilyn Monroe spa. Hopefully the changes will be for the better! The people were all wonderful, very friendly. I had a pedicure that had just a large copper "bowl" to soak your feet in, while the manicurist, My, had to sit on an upside down plastic bucket! My chair was a wicker seat with pads, nothing special. The massage was almost non-existent and the toenail painting was really sloppy. It looked like a child had done it! There were stains on the carpet in the hallway upstairs. Hoping that it will be replaced when they finish the remodel. As I said, the people were great, and they did give me a discount when I mentioned that I had not been satisfied, but I'm not sure I would return....definitely not for a pedicure!!!
